Notice of Bylaws and Standing Rules Amendments
To maintain good standing with Texas PTA, all Local PTAs must update or amend their Bylaws and Standing Rules with Texas PTA at least once every three years. Membership is invited to review the proposed amendments linked below, and to vote at the October 16, 2026 PTA General Membership Meeting to approve the recommended changes to the language.
