Science Lab
Help classroom teachers in the science lab with hands-on activities that reinforce classroom learning. Contact our Science Lab Coordinator to learn more.
Garden
The garden is one of the learning environments unique to Travis. A garden parent helps the classroom teachers and Garden Instructor work with students in the garden. Contact our Garden Volunteer Captain to learn more.
Library
The thriving Travis Library is a unique space for children to enjoy books and research. Volunteers are needed to assist with day to day library operations. Contact our School Librarian to learn more.
Reading PARTNERS
Reading Partners commit one hour a week to meet one-on-one with one to two children. Reading Partners assist with reading and other language arts skill development. Contact our Reading Partner Coordinator to learn more.
MATH PARTNERS
Math Partners commit one hour a week to meet one-on-one with one to two children. Math Partners assist with numeracy skill development. Contact our Math Partner Coordinator to learn more.
HOSPITALITY
If you'd like to be part of PTA efforts to show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate them by serving meals or working on craft projects, Hospitality is for you! Contact our Hospitality Chair to learn more.

Spirit Store

The 2024 Spring Gala will be hosted by the Travis Foundation. If you are interested in helping with the event, contact the Travis Foundation.
PTA Event Assistance
The PTA has many events throughout the year that we can always use help staffing to help set-up, organize stations, serve concessions, or provide other assistance. These events include Family Movie Nights, World Cultures Night, Dinner in the Garden, and much more. Contact our Parent Involvement Chair to learn more.
Carnival
Every year, the PTA sets aside 80% of the net profits generated by its Carnival to be used by Travis teachers, instructors, and staff who directly work with children. This means that every eligible employee at Travis can claim funds for their classroom or work space. Contact our Carnival Captain to learn more.
