Board Member Reimbursement Form

If you are a PTA board member, who has paid for budgeted items on behalf of the Travis PTA beginning June 1, 2026, you can be reimbursed using the linked GoogleForm. Please have a digital copy of your receipt available and ready for upload. You may need submit multiple forms, if you have multiple reimbursements categorized under different committees or events. As a 501(c)(3) organization, Travis PTA is unable to reimburse for taxes paid.
