PTA Expense Reimbursements 2026-2027

Board Member Reimbursement Form

If you are a PTA board member, who has paid for budgeted items on behalf of the Travis PTA beginning June 1, 2026, you can be reimbursed using this GoogleForm. Please have a digital copy of your receipt available and ready for upload. You may need to submit multiple forms if you have multiple reimbursements categorized under different committees or events or on different dates. As a 501(c)(3) organization, Travis PTA is unable to reimburse for any sales tax paid.

Teacher/Staff Reimbursement Form

Travis teachers and staff can submit expenses for reimbursement (or invoices for direct PTA payment) dated on or after June 1, 2026, using this GoogleForm.

Please email digital copies of your receipt(s) or invoice(s) to treasurer@travispta.org with "Reimbursement Receipt" as the subject line, including a brief description of the expenditure. Where possible, please combine receipts and invoices for each requested reimbursement into a single file. As a 501(c)(3) organization, Travis PTA is unable to reimburse for any sales tax paid.
