PTA Expense Reimbursement Form 2026-2027

If you are a PTA board member, who has paid for items on behalf of the Travis PTA, you can be reimbursed. You may need submit multiple forms, if you have multiple reimbursements categorized under different committees. As a 501(c)3, Travis PTA is unable to reimburse for taxes paid. Questions?
