APPOINTMENT OF 2018-19 PTA FINANCIAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

I am pleased to announce my appointment of the Travis PTA's 2018-19 Financial Review Committee (FRC). As soon as our fiscal year closes on May 31, this committee will perform a review of our compliance with financial procedures and other mandated processes. The results of the report will be shared with the board and general membership at the start of the next school year. Findings are used to ensure accountability, transparency, and to help PTA make refinements to policies and procedures. 2018-19 committee members are David Chaney, Charlsie Idol, Jeana Teeter, Elizabeth Epler, and Drew Burke.
