The Haunted House at the Carnival this year was a huge success! It could not have been done without the help of the many dedicated parents and fifth graders involved. A very special thanks goes to Jennifer McClure for organizing all the volunteers and keeping the project on course. Thanks also to the parents who did such a fantastic job with our fifth graders’ costumes and makeup. Everyone worked wonders completing the construction and decorations in record time! Finally, thank you to local Heights business, Way Better Sound, a staging and event management company, who was kind enough to donate all audio systems used for spooky sounds and music. This event required a tremendous amount of work in a very short period of time - everyone involved should feel very proud of what they did. I am certainly proud to have been a part of it.
